He received his M.D. degree from The University of British Columbia after completing his undergraduate studies at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Preparing for the Procedure

In almost all cases, incisions are well concealed in the hairline or in natural skin folds. Men who have a receding hairline often choose the endoscopic brow lift technique to minimize the appearance of scars.

Recovering from Surgery
After your surgery, Dr. Buonassisi will apply a soft wrap that will remain in place for 2 to 4 days to protect your surgical results and aid in the healing process. Some bruising and swelling is to be expected and is a normal part of the post-surgical healing process. Keeping your head elevated, especially while you sleep, will help to minimize swelling and speed recovery. While bruising and swelling may take several weeks to resolve completely, most should be gone just a few days after surgery, and you should be ready to show off your results at this point, perhaps with minor application of makeup to cover residual bruising.
